Ingredients
4 medium or 2 large sized freshwater prawns (approximately 200g)
4 tbsp spaghetti cream sauce
1 tbsp grated parmesan/diced cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
Method
1. Wash the prawns. Remove pincers and feelers.
2. Cut prawns into half and rub the salt and pepper into the flesh.
3. Line the toaster plate with aluminum foil and arrange prawns on it.
4. Spoon the sauce over and sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Bake for 10mins or until prawns turn red and tails curl up. Serve immediately.
