Ingredients
10 small-sized selar
1 tbs fish sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 thumb-sized knob of ginger, shredded
2 red and green chilli padi each, shredded
Method
1. Gut, scale and clean the fish.
2. Rub salt over the fish and in its stomach.
3. Arrange fish on plate.
4. Drizzle fish sauce over the fish and season with pepper.
5. Scatter shredded ginger and chilli on top.
6. Steam 12 minutes over boiling water.
9. Serve immediately.
